Haruka Shimazaki, the winner of the 3rd Janken Tournament, will be the center for the group's single, marking the first time the rising star has done so. The singer, nicknamed Paruru, has seen her popularity rise immensely overnight, and is expected become the next generation ace.
The new single was written by Yasushi Akimoto specifically for Shimazaki. The title track is described as being an uptempo song about a girl with no self confidence.
"When I first saw the song's lyrics, I thought, 'How does Akimoto know what I think?'. Since the song is uptempo and cute, I'll be happy if many people sing the song," Shimazaki commented.
The single's cover depicts the dormitory where the top 16 girls of the 3rd Janken Tournament live. In addition, SKE48, NMB48 and HKT48 songs will be recorded as well.
