On October 27th, G-Dragon tweeted, “Singing in the rain~~~let’s go Malaysia!” and shared the above picture.

The revealed picture shows G-Dragon looking fiercely at the camera wearing a raincoat, while standing in pouring rain.

After seeing the intense picture, fans commented, “Music video? Movie? What is this directed for?“, “A cheap rain coat that looked shabby when I wore it looks good when G-Dragon wears it“, and “Is there something going on in Malaysia? Anyways, so handsome, G-Dragon!“

Leeteuk Models for One Last Photo Shoot Before His Military Enlistment and Says “Goodbye

Super Junior‘s Leeteuk posed for a last photo shoot before his military enlistment.
Leeteuk participated in a photo shoot with ‘GEEK‘ for its December issue. It’s especially becoming a hot issue for containing the first shots of Leeteuk with his shaved hair.

During the photo shoot that took place on October 26th, Leeteuk brightened up the studio with his positive attitude. He playfully asked, “Can we do hair cutting a little slowly?” but once the hair styling started, he became serious and began his preparations.

Before the shoot, Leeteuk had also tweeted, “I’m shaving my hair now…and I’m thinking of this song.. a song I used to sing a lot when I was younger… ‘Shave Your Head’…… My look is made of hair… I’m ruined kkkkkkkk ”

Despite his worries, the staff on site complimented on his new hair style by saying, “It looks so good” and “I think you will look good doing promotions with a short hair style.”


 Leeteuk, also took to his Twitter to say “Goodbye“. He posted the photo below and wrote, “Making a promise for 21 months, Later..Good Bye..^^”

 Leeteuk will be enlisting in the army on October 30th as a serviceman on active duty. Although he was suffering from back disc problems since Super Junior’s big car accident in 2007, Leeteuk had a strong desire to serve on active duty and has been continuously receiving treatments to enlist in the military as planned.

Leeteuk to Visit Filming of ‘Star King’ in Support of Kang Ho Dong’s Comeback

With just one day left before his military enlistment, Super Junior's Leeteuk will be making a surprise visit to the filming of SBS‘ ‘Star King‘ in support of Kang Ho Dong‘s comeback.

Leeteuk’s agency shared, “He will be visiting ‘Star King’ filming today (29th) to cheer on Kang Ho Dong.” ‘Star King’ staff also revealed, “We know that he will be making a brief visit.”

During the filming, Kang Ho Dong will be officially making a comeback, ending his one year retirement. It’s been reported that other stars, including Leeteuk, who are close to Kang Ho Dong will be joining to celebrate together.

Meanwhile, Leeteuk will be enlisting in the army as a serviceman on active duty on October 30th.

MBC‘s ‘Birth of A Great Star 3‘ contestant Ahn Jae Man recently captivated viewers with not only his talent, but also his visual similarities to SHINee‘s Onew

On the October 26th broadcast of ‘Birth of A Great Star 3′, Ahn Jae Man sang an acoustic version of Michael Jackson‘s “Billie Jean” which swooned the hearts of both the judges and viewers with his soulful voice. The contestant also displayed his adorable ‘eye smile’ which had everyone on set shocked at how much he looks like Onew.

Ahn Jae Man introduced himself and shared, “I came up to live in Seoul by myself. I can’t afford the expensive tuition to learn music so I am currently working to earn money. I want to sing comfortably like others do, but working with my own strength to pursue music is satisfying.”

Ahn Jae Man was able to win the votes of judges Kim Yeon Woo and Kim So Hyun to advance to the next round. Judge Kim Tae Won also complimented the contestant on his talent stating, “You sound like you’re singing on behalf of Michael Jackson’s regretful heart.”

Siwon has asked fans to support his decision on his next hairstyle.
He tweeted earlier on the 26th, “I have something to discuss with ELF today. Please anticipate it”, leaving fans in suspense as they wondered what the singer had in store.

Woollim Entertainment Reveals Mysterious Photos Featuring Dongwoo & Woohyun

Woolim Entertainment has now revealed mysterious photos of INFINITE‘s Dongwoo and Woohyun.
Previously released photos featuring members L, Sungyeol, and Sunggyu as well as a video teaser have left fans speculating if there’s any connection between the releases.

 The agency posted the following messages on the group’s Official Twitter : “October 25, 2012, Thursday. Relatively warm weather today! Reveal of Dongwoo’s photo! Have a good day, and look forward to tomorrow’s photo~!” and “October 26, 2012, Friday. The day that ends the week! Woohyun is the subject of today’s photo! Look forward to tomorrow’s photo as well.”

What is intriguing about the photos is that each member is holding up a sign with a different syllable. So far, L’s says “Na”, Sungyeol’s says “Neung”, Sunggyu’s reads “Dae”, Dongwoo “Sae”, and Woohyun “Yo”. Hoya and Sungjong‘s photos have yet to be released, and fans are still guessing the complete message.

Leeteuk Confirmed to Appear on ‘Star King’ as a Guest for Kang Ho Dong’s Return

Leeteuk has been confirmed for his upcoming guest appearance  on ‘Star King‘!
The idol had previously been in discussion for a final appearance as a guest for the show, and it seems his appearance has been finalized.
Leeteuk will be lending support to Kang Ho Dong's return as an MC by recording for the show the day before his official enlistment. Leeteuk will be bidding his last farewell to his fans with a buzz cut on the recording scheduled for October 29th. The episode itself will broadcast on November 10th.
As previously stated, Leeteuk will be starting his five weeks of initial training on the 30th.

TVXQ Members Discuss Their Looks and Ideal Types on 'Shindong’s Shimshimtapa'

On the October 23rd broadcast of the MBC FM radio show, ‘Shindong’s Shimshimtapa‘, TVXQ featured as guests and revealed their ideal types.

Yunho revealed his ideal type as he stated, “Rather than short and petite women, I like tall and slender women.” Changmin then went on to share, “I like a girl who knows how to show some skin during the summer. I find that I like women who refreshingly show some skin.”

The duo also revealed their previous cooking experience for their past girlfriends. Yunho revealed, “I made boiled chicken soup for my girlfriend.” Changmin stated, “I once made cream cheese pasta and meat porridge.”

Yunho and Changmin also discussed their looks and both initially seemed to agree on who was the better looking of the two. Changmin commented, “Honestly, if charms isn’t a factor and you just look at the face, I am better looking than Yunho hyung.” To this, MC Shindong remarked, “Do you really think so?” Changmin replied, “Although Yunho hyung is overflowing with charms, if I just look at our faces, I am more handsome.” Yunho agreed, “In terms of facial features, Changmin is more handsome”. However, when the lie detector was brought in, his statement came out to be a lie, making everyone on set laugh.

SM Entertainment Throws a Star-Studded 'SMTOWN Celebrity Party'

SM Entertainment recently threw a ‘SMTOWN Celebrity Party‘ and released several photos from the star-studded event through their official SMTown Twitter , which they recently opened up.

The photos show newly added SM C&C recruits Kim Ha Neul, Jang Dong Gun, and Shin Dong Yup enjoying a night out with SHINee, TVXQ, Girls’ Generation, Super Junior, Kangta, and Kim Min Jong. SM’s very own Lee Soo Man was also present at the event to give his greetings. Friendly snapshots from the party left fans excited to see more interactions between the old and the new SM labelmates.

Super Junior Will Haven't Leader While Leeteuk is in The Army

 

Leeteuk has barely over a week until his enlistment on the 30th.

In an interview, he brightly revealed, “Time really does fly. Just a few days ago, I told Donghae, ‘There’s only 13 days left’, and Donghae said, ‘Hyung, it’s 12 days.’ And now there’s about a week. I feel like I’ve experienced how time flies by so fast. I read that the world looks different according to how I think, so I’m trying to be optimistic.”

Even though member Kangin  had gone and come back from the army and Heechul is currently enlisted, Leeteuk’s absence from the group has a different meaning because he has been the team’s center as its leader.

When asked who would be the leader in his place, he laughed and answered, “The members are so good that I’m just going to leave. If I give the spot to someone else and he does it so well, I’m going to have no place to stand when I come back. I’m going to tell them that I trust them and just go. I’m a bit worried, of course. The worst case scenario would be seeing the team weaken when I’m gone. I think.. I think that’d be hard. But I trust the members. I believe they’ll do well.”

CNBLUE’s 1st Arena Tour in Japan Attracts Over 100,000 Fans

CN BLUE held a successful concert in front of 100,000 fans at the Saitama Super Arena in Japan for their ‘CNBLUE Arena Tour 2012-COME ON‘ tour.

During their first arena tour concert on October 21, the group performed a total of 26 songs including their latest single, “Come On“, and their Japanese debut single, “In My Head“.

Jonghyun stated, “We produced an arena tour for everyone who has waited to hear our songs.” Yonghwa also shared, “Although we’ve been busy with our solo activities, I feel like we’re CNBLUE when we perform on stage together as four members.”

CNBLUE will continue to perform in six cities across Japan during their tour. They’re also set to perform their fourth solo concert at the Seoul Olympic Park Handball Stadium on the 15th and 16th of December.

Hyuna Releases "Ice Cream" MV

4minute's Hyuna has released her music video for her title track "Ice Cream" on October 22nd, including a cameo by YG Entertainment star Psy at the start of the video.

Hyuna released her 2nd mini-album 'Melting' on the 21st, and fans have been highly anticipating the release of her "Ice Cream" music video. Ahead of its release, however, many wondered if the music video would receive a rating of 19+ due to her upper body and a lot of skin was exposed to fans.

CROSS GENE to Release Special Edition Album "Timeless: Future" in Japan

Universal Music Japan is set to release a Japanese special edition of CROSS GENE's debut release next month.

Titled "Timeless: Future", the release takes a spin on the original title "Timeless: Begins". The special edition will be available in two different versions. A CD Only release, and a CD+DVD version. Both CD's have the same tracklisting with Japanese versions of their earlier release songs. Next to the original tracks from "Timeless: Begins"; "La-Di Da-Di", "Sky High", "One Way Love", "For This Love" and the instrumental for "La-Di Da-Di"; a new track called "New Days" was added to the tracklist along with its instrumental. The DVD consists of "CROSS GENE TV -Future-" footage as well as footage of their Japanese showcase from last August.

Though the group will be releasing this special album in Japan on November 21st, their official debut will be released in December . CROSS GENE debuted in Korea last June with the release of their first mini album "Timeless: Begins".

Leeteuk shares his thoughts on Super Junior’s Anniversary Party & His Love for Elf

 Leeteuk recently shared his thoughts on holding his final fan meet ahead of his military enlistment via his Twitter on October 21st.
The group held their seventh anniversary party with their official fanclub ‘Elf‘ at the Korea University gymnasium on the afternoon of the 20th.

The singer wrote, “Although it was a party held a bit in advance of our seventh anniversary, I had so, so much fun with everyone. I think it was a lot more fun because I worked hand in hand with the fanclub director nuna and really participated in the process.”
He continued, “Although I won’t be with you guys for our eighth anniversary, I’ll be with everyone for our ninth. It sounds very short thinking about it like this, right? This was an opportunity for me to feel once again how crazily in love we are with each other. Elf. I respect and love you. Let’s last a long time together.”

Leeteuk will be enlisting on the 30th.

KARA, BEAST, SHINee,Girls Generation and More in this Week's Oricon Rankings

This week's Oricon charts include releases by girl group KARA as well as BEAST's newest and a solo track by Supernova's leader Yoonhak. At the same time T-ara, solo artist JUNO, and boy groups Code-V and SHINee also appeared in the charts.

The daily single charts were topped by a Korean group this week, as KARA's newest single "Electric Boy" snatched away first place on its release date. It was followed by BEAST's "Midnight" on a fourth, and Supernova Yoonhak's new single on a fifth place.

On the other hand, SHINee's Dazzling Girl made it to the second spot on the weekly single rankings, selling 97,111 copies in its first week. They're followed by CODE-V on the 8th place. They sold 8,375 copies of their second major release "Sekaiju ga Teki ni Natte mo Kitto Kimi o Mamori Nukukara".

JUNO shows up on a 14th place in the daily album rankings with his first full length album "STYLE". The weekly album rankings on the other hand show T-ara's best of album "T-ara's Best of Best 2009-2012 ~Korean ver.~" on a 16th place after selling 6,585 copies.

The multi high-end lifestyle concept select shop ‘Koon With a View‘ held an opening party for its flagship store on October 18th.

TVXQ Sells Out Concert Tickets in Just Three Minutes

All 20,000 tickets for TVXQ's upcoming solo concert in Seoul have sold out within three minutes! *wow

Tickets for the concert, which will serve as the opening for TVXQ’s world tour, went on sale on October 18th through G-Market, and within three minutes, all the seats were claimed. The concert, ‘TVXQ! Live World Tour ‘Catch Me’ in Seoul‘, will take place at the Seoul Olympic Park Gymnastics Stadium on November 17th and 18th, and will mark the group’s first solo concert in Korea since 2008.
After performing in Seoul, TVXQ will be heading to other countries in Asia like China and Thailand, before moving on to other parts of the world

CNBLUE to hold 4th Concert Tour in South Korea

CNBLUE has announced plans of holding their fourth concert tour in South Korea. On October 18th, FNC Entertainment stated that the band will be holding two concerts in South Korea with its first stop to be held at the Handball Stadium in Seoul's Olympic Park. The concerts are scheduled on December 15th and 16th.

CNBLUE is currently in Japan for their ongoing tour titled "CNBLUE Arena Tour 2012~ COME ON~" which started in Nagoya last October 2nd. They are set to continue until October 21st with their last performance in Saitama Super Arena.

After their concert tour in South Korea, CNBLUE is also set to release their 4th Japanese Single on December 19th. Other details of the upcoming release have not been revealed.

F.T. Island’s Jonghoon Bares His Abs for ‘Elle Girl’

Confidently posing and showcasing his abs, Jonghoon posed suavely with his ivory jacket half on.
With the concept of  ‘bubble boy‘, the filming took place with bubbles flying around as Jongoon had a bright expression throughout the photoshoot, showing off charms that were as soft as bubbles. Jonghoon wore neutral tones for the photoshoot, donning gray, ivory, light pink, and soft brown. He also showed off his lean muscular body, even showing outlines of a six-pack.
According to his agency, Jonghoon is not only talented with playing the guitar, but is demonstrating his talent in composing and songwriting. In addition, Jonghoon is currently receiving many love calls from movie and drama representatives so fans can expect to see him soon on TV.
In related news, Jonghoon is currently busy with promoting F.T. Island’s “I Wish“.

Seungho Celebrates his Birthday with MBLAQ Members

Seungho celebrated his birthday.
On the 16th, MBLAQ’s leader turned 25, and he celebrated the day with his fellow MBLAQ members Lee Joon,G.O and Mir. He tweeted a photo of the four of them and wrote, “It’s my birthdaaaay. kekeke“.
The members all wore casual clothing and looked quite handsome. Each of them sported a hat and wore it to their own style, and also made different faces at the camera. G.O and Seungho were smiling naturally, but Mir was jokingly grimacing and Lee Joon was making a haughty pose. Fans were happy to see their playful sides, but wondered where Thunder had disappeared to.

G-Dragon’s Hairstyle looks like a Duster

G-Dragon‘s hairstyle has been attracting the attention of fans and netizens as an online community board recently posted a picture comparing his hair to that of a pink and blue duster.
The picture is said to have been created by an elementary school student and is taken from G-Dragon’s hairstyle during his promotions for ' Crayon' .when his hair was pink and blue similar to the pictured duster.
The unusually matching colors of the duster and G-Dragon’s hair made fans and netizens laugh, as well as commend Big Bang‘s ability to digest such a wide variety of unique hairstyles.

Miss A Reveals MV for 'I Don't Need A Man' + 'Independent Women Pt. III' Mini-album

After releasing their "Touch" mini-album earlier this year in February, the four member girl group miss A is back with a new mini-album "Independent Women Part III," featuring the title track "I Don't Need A Man."

The mini-album contains a total of five tracks: title song "I Don't Need A Man," "Ma Style," "If I Were A Boy," "Madness" featuring 2PM's Taecyeon, and "Time's Up."

"I Don't Need A Man" is a midtempo track featuring funky beats, harmonic melodies, and a recurring melodic bass line. The vocal harmonies throughout the track highlight miss A's abilities to blend as a group as well as stand out individually.
